- Master’s/Ph.D. degrees are added advantages
- Computer literacy is preferred
For Technologist Cadre:
Minimum of HND with Credit in relevant field.
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Relevant work experience (3 to 6 years depending on cadre)
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
