4. Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5)
Requirements: PhD with at least six years of university-level teaching/research experience and a good record of publications.
5. Associate Professor (CONUASS 6)

6. Professor (CONUASS 7)
Requirements: Minimum of 15 peer-reviewed publications and at least 15 years of experience.
